Type: Commercial fish closed season
On 4/25/20 Bradford Scudder was arraigned in the Sitka District Court and entered a plea of guilty for the charge of commercial fishing in closed waters. The charge was resolved as a strict liability violation. Scudder was fined $1,500 with none suspended and no conditions of probation.
