Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/3/14 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, observed a vessel operating a drift gillnet in waters closed to commercial fishing. Investigation revealed the vessel was the F/V Lady Lori operated by Brian Lee, 59, of Sutton. He was issued a summons to appear for arraignment on 6/18/14 in Cordova District Court.

He actually was legal the troopers didn't know the offshore boundary. He was 3 miles inside the line.
