Location: Sitka
Type: Retain undersized king salmon
On 4/25/13 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Sitka Post, contacted Frank White, 32, of Haines, the captain of the F/V Triad, as he was offloading king salmon caught during the commercial winter troll season. Investigation revealed White had retained two king salmon under 28 inches in length. The fish were seized and White was cited. He has a mandatory appearance in Sitka District Court.
