Fisherman was over Port Heiden line, troopers say

On 6/23/11 Donald P. Aus, 59, of Unalaska, was cited by Kodiak Wildlife Troopers for commercial fishing the closed waters seaward of the 3-mile boundary line of the outer Port Heiden section of the North Peninsula commercial fishing districts. Arraignment is scheduled for 7/6/11 in Naknek District Court.
