Troopers cite Cook Inlet fisherman without permit

On 6/14/10 Palmer Wildlife Troopers cited 21-year-old Anchorage resident Kyle A. Vaughn for commercial fishing in the waters of Upper Cook Inlet without his 2010 commercial fishing permit in possession. Vaughn was given court date for 7/21/10 in the Anchorage District Court.
