Type: Overharvest of commercial fish
On 4/8/10 Dutch Harbor Wildlife Troopers issued two summonses to Bruce D. Morrice Jr., 53, of Toledo, Ore., after investigation revealed that Morrice, who is the skipper and permit holder onboard the F/V Majesty, twice exceeded daily catch limits of Pacific cod (6,165 pounds and 5,232 pounds) while participating in the 2010 Aleutian Islands state waters P-cod fishery. Arraignment is scheduled for 5/26/10 in the Unalaska District Court.

Beard, 53, of Toledo, Ore., after investigation revealed that Beard, who is the skipper and permit holder onboard the F/V Golden Pisces, exceeded a daily catch limit of Pacific cod by 7,090 pounds while participating in the 2010 Aleutian Islands state waters P-cod fishery. Arraignment is scheduled for 5/26/10 in the Unalaska District Court.
