On 7/8/25 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited the following individuals aboard the fishing vessel Thunder for commercial fishing during a 48-hour district transfer period in the Naknek-Kvichak District: Taran White, 42, from Sandpoint, Idaho; Quintin K. Chow, 28, from Homer; Caymus A. Thomas, 29, from Palmer; and Brandon D. Kurtz, 22, from Vernal, Utah.
