Location: Sitka
Type: Unlawful storage of Dungeness pots
On 3/19/10 Sitka Wildlife Troopers cited Peter M. Roddy, 57, of Petersburg, for unlawful storage of commercial Dungeness pots. Previous investigation revealed Roddy had left pots in the waters of Hood Bay after the season closed for commercial Dungeness fishing on 11/30/09. Arraignment is scheduled for 4/13/10 in Sitka.
