Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/18/13 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, cited Timothy J. Smith, 24, of Menlo, Wash., operator and permit holder on the F/V Alaskona, for commercial fishing in closed waters outside the Eshamy District. Arraignment set for 7/10/13 in Cordova District Court.
