Type: Possess undersized king salmon
On 5/14/13 Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited
David Castle, 46, of Sitka, for unlawful possession of fish and misconduct involving a controlled substance. The charges stem from an investigation on 5/10/13 which showed Castle, onboard the fish tender Eyak, bought and possessed undersized king salmon. During the investigation, Castle was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Three undersized king salmon, drug paraphernalia and the marijuana were
seized. Arraignment set for 5/21/13 in Sitka District Court.
