Type: Update — commercial fish closed waters
On 6/14/12 in Yakutat District Court, Frank Deveraux, 63, of
Yakutat, was convicted and sentenced to a $3,000 fine with $2,900
suspended and placed on probation for one year for commercial fishing in
closed waters in Yakutat Bay on 3/22/12.
