Four PWS gillnetters accused of illegal fishing

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Location: Prince William Sound, Eshamy District
Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/12/12 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, observed a vessel operating a drift gillnet in waters closed to commercial fishing. Investigation revealed the vessel as the F/V All In, operated by Rolly Acoba, 55, of Cordova. Acoba was summoned to appear for arraignment on 7/11/12 in Cordova District Court.

Location: Prince William Sound, Eshamy District
Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/12/12 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, observed a vessel operating a drift gillnet in waters closed to commercial fishing. Investigation revealed the vessel as the F/V Silver Surfer, operated by Timothy Schloesser, 23, of Homer. Schloesser was summoned to appear for arraignment on 7/11/12 in Cordova District Court.

Location: Prince William Sound, Eshamy District
Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/12/12 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, observed a vessel operating a drift gillnet in waters closed to commercial fishing. Investigation revealed the vessel as the F/V Tanada, operated by Jason Lee, 21, of Cordova. Lee was summoned to appear for arraignment on 7/11/12 in Cordova District Court.

Location: Prince William Sound, Esther subdistrict
Type: Commercial fish closed period
On 6/13/12 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, observed a vessel operating a drift gillnet during a closed period. Investigation revealed the vessel as the F/V Finest Kind, operated by William Markowitz, 20, of Seward. Markowitz was summoned to appear for arraignment on 7/11/12 in Cordova District Court.
