Type: Update — take lingcod in closed waters
On 4/12/12 in Yakutat District Court, Marvin Gjerde, 63, of Snohomish, Wash., pled no contest to taking lingcod in closed waters on 8/26/11. He was sentenced to a $500 fine with $250 suspended and one year probation.
