Troopers cite three Cook Inlet fishermen

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Location: Seward
Type: Failure to register for commercial fishery
On 2/18/12 Wildlife Troopers cited Nikolai Reutov, 43, of Homer, for failing to register for the 2012 groundfish fishery prior to participating in the fishery for the Cook Inlet area. Reutov had operated the F/V Pioneer in Cook Inlet waters without notifying the Alaska Department of Fish and Game prior to fishing. Reutov was issued a summons to appear on 3/20/12 in Seward District Court.

On 2/18/12 Wildlife Troopers cited Anatoly Reutov, 32, of Sterling, for failing to register for the 2012 groundfish fishery prior to participating in the fishery for the Cook Inlet area. Reutov had operated the F/V Last One in Cook Inlet waters without notifying the Alaska Department of Fish and Game prior to fishing. Reutov was issued a summons to appear on 3/20/12 in Seward District Court.

On 2/18/12 Wildlife Troopers cited Safron Kalugin, 25, of Homer, for failing to register for the 2012 groundfish fishery prior to participating in the fishery for the Cook Inlet area. Kalugin had operated the F/V Runaway in Cook Inlet waters without notifying the Alaska Department of Fish and Game prior to fishing. Kalugin was issued a summons to appear on 3/20/12 in Seward District Court.
