On 9/23/11 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Juneau Post, issued Jacob B. Carte, 28, of Juneau, a summons for failing to submit commercial fish tickets to the Department of Fish and Game within seven days of the initial delivery. Arraignment set for 9/29/11 in Juneau District Court.
