In addition, a charge of tampering with evidence involving the case is being forwarded to the district attorney. Arraignment scheduled for 7/13/11 in Naknek District Court.

If these landbased fishermen are all getting busted for "fishing in closed waters" imagine what those big boat pollock trawl fishers are doing out there in the Bering Sea. Yeah, they supposedly have "observers" but the kicker is that the "observers" are not watching 24/7. Sweet deal because it's a billion dollar fishery and they are feeding 'poor people' around the world pollock.
