On 6/24/11 Scott M. Cheledinas, 47, of Bozeman, Mont., and Daniel T. Cheledinas Jr., 19, of Seattle, were cited by Bristol Bay Wildlife Enforcement Troopers for commercial fishing in closed waters in the Egegik District. Arraignment is scheduled for 7/22/11 in Naknek District Court.

On 6/24/11 Adam C. Evich, 40, of Fairhaven, Mass., was cited by Bristol Bay Wildlife Enforcement Troopers for commercial fishing in closed waters and displaying the "D" for dual permit holder when there was only one permit holder on board in the Egegik District. Arraignment is scheduled for 7/22/11 in Naknek District Court.
