On 6/4/11 Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited Patrick Lahmeyer of Oregon for engaging in a commercial fishery without a 2011 commercial crewmember license, and Danny Haynes of Ketchikan for employing an unlicensed crewmember. Bail is set at $260 each with an optional arraignment in Ketchikan District Court.
