On 5/24/11 Dutch Harbor Wildlife Troopers issued Christina Garcia, 44, of Dutch Harbor, a summons for failing to electronically submit an initial Department of Fish and Game fish ticket at the completion of a commercial fish delivery. Arraignment is scheduled for 6/29/11 in Unalaska District Court.
