Type: Commercial fish closed season
On 4/7/11 Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted Nicholas Johanson, 61, of Seattle, during the Sitka herring sac roe fishery for operating a herring seine net off the F/V Crusader in a closed area. Johanson was given a mandatory court appearance of 4/26/11 in Sitka District Court.
