Three accused of fishing closed waters in PWS

Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/21/10 Makena O'Toole, 24, of Cordova, was cited by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Valdez Post, for commercial fishing in the closed waters of the Esther subdistrict, western Prince William Sound. O'Toole is the permit holder on the F/V Break Dancer. Arraignment scheduled for 7/21/10 in the Cordova District Court.

On 6/21/10 Robert Linville IV, 21, of Cordova, was cited by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Valdez Post, for commercial fishing in the closed waters of the Esther subdistrict, western Prince William Sound. Linville is the permit holder on the F/V Whidbey Bay. Arraignment is scheduled for 7/21/10 in the Cordova District Court.
