On 6/23/10 Joel X. Ware, 41, of Spokane, Wash., was cited by Bristol Bay Wildlife Troopers for commercial setnetting during a closed period in the Ugashik District. Arraignment is scheduled for 7/14/10 in Naknek District Court.
