Troopers ticket Cordova halibut processor

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Location: Cordova
Type: Processor without current code stamp
On 4/12/10 Alaska Wildlife Troopers from the Cordova Post contacted Susan J. Laird, 57, of Cordova, who is an employee of Prime Select Seafoods. Investigation revealed that Laird had accepted approximately 3,700 pounds of IFQ-caught halibut without having a current 2010 commercial state of Alaska code plate or written authorization from the state to operate as a fish processor. Laird was summoned to appear on 4/28/10 in the Cordova District Court for arraignment.
