Tardy fish ticket bites Blue Attu, skipper

Type: Failure to file fish ticket
On 4/1/10 Dutch Harbor Wildlife Troopers issued a summons to Blue North LLC after investigation revealed that Blue North LLC failed to file an Alaska Department of Fish and Game fish ticket within seven days of landing commercially caught fish from its catcher-processor Blue Attu. Also summonsed as co-defendant in the case was the skipper and permit holder aboard the Blue Attu, Barry D. Johnson, 56, of Manson, Wash. Arraignment is scheduled for the Unalaska District Court on 4/28/10.
