On 3/5/10 Ilia N. Kuzmin, 33, of Homer, operator and permit holder on the F/V Currency, was cited by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Seward Post, for exceeding the maximum bycatch allowed by regulation when directed fishing for Pacific cod. Arraignment was set for 3/23/10 in the Seward District Court.

Type: License falsification
On 3/4/10 Christopher D. Clemens, 26, of Seward, was cited by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Seward Post, for making a false statement of a material fact on a 2009 resident commercial crewmember license. Arraignment was set for 3/23/10 in the Seward District Court.
