On 7-7-2009 Alaska Wildlife Troopers issued a summons to Bryce Lee Hatch, 50 yoa, of Twin Falls, Idaho, for commercial fishing in closed waters by drift gillnet outside of the Egegik Sockeye Salmon District. The case was documented by Trooper Fay in a state aircraft. Arraignment is set for the Naknek Court on July, 17, 2009.
