Fishing for charity

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Location: Prince of Wales
Type: Retain undersized commercial-caught king salmon
On 6-08-09 Ketchikan Wildlife Troopers cited William Farmer, 51, of Craig, for retaining eight undersized commercially caught king salmon. On 6-24-09 Farmer pleaded no contest in the Craig District Court for a strict liability offense and was fined $3,000 with $2,000 suspended. The salmon were forfeited to the state and will be donated to charity.
