Cook Inlet gillnetter accused of early fishing

On 7/7/11 while on routine helicopter patrol of the Cook Inlet commercial fishery, Alaska Wildlife Troopers observed the F/V Tina D fishing before the period opened. Troopers contacted Russell A. Parkison, 65, of San Pedro, Calif., and issued a summons to appear in court.
