Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 7/9/11 at 0630 hours, Jason Pallas, 36, of Cordova, was cited by the Valdez Wildlife Trooper for commercial fishing in closed waters. Pallas was seine fishing near Point Freemantle, which was about seven miles into closed waters. Troopers seized 25,222 pounds of salmon. Arraignment scheduled for 8/25/11 in the Valdez District Court.
