Two Cook Inlet drift gillnetters charged

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Location: Soldotna
Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 7/2/13 Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Soldotna charged Andrew A. Umlauf, 37, of Clinton, Wash., with fishing a drift gillnet in waters closed at the time to commercial fishing. He was issued a summons to appear on 8/2/13 in Kenai District Court.

Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 7/3/13 Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Soldotna charged Frank D. Newton, 63, of Kenai, with fishing a drift gillnet on 6/30/13 in waters closed at the time to commercial fishing. He was issued a summons to appear on 8/2/13 in Kenai District Court.
