Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/24/13 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, observed the F/V Enigma operating a drift gillnet in waters closed to commercial fishing. Investigation revealed that the vessel was operated by Gregory Polushkin, 26, of Homer. Arraignment set for 7/10/13 in Cordova District Court.

Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/29/13 Gregory Polushkin, 26, of Homer, was cited by the
Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Girdwood Post, for commercial fishing in closed
waters in Prince William Sound. Arraignment set for 8/1/13 in Anchorage District Court.
