  1. What is a Canadian owning a limited entry permit and operating in alaska

  2. I thought a person had to be a U.S. citizen to hold a limited entry permit.

  3. What was the 'incident', I wonder?

  4. Canadians can be permit holders?

  5. I believe he has dual citizenship.
