On 7/24/13 at approximately 0840 hours a 31-year-old male resident of Kodiak reported he had been assaulted by a commercial fishing boat captain. The assaulted reportedly occurred approximately 24 hours earlier while vessel was fishing in waters near the village of Old Harbor. The man was not seriously injured, and an investigation is
ongoing.
