Gillnetter accused at Kodiak of illegal fishing

Type: Commercial fish closed period
On 6/13/13 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, contacted Kent A. Evans II, 30, of Fairbanks. Investigation revealed Evans was commercial salmon fishing with a gillnet during a closed period. He was cited and has a court date of 7/19/13 in Kodiak District Court.
