Cook Inlet driftnetter receives court date

On 9/26/12 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Soldotna charged Elijah Porter, 34, of Graham, Wash., with commercial fishing with a drift gillnet in closed waters in Upper Cook Inlet. He was issued a summons to appear on 10/19/12 in Kenai District Court.
