On 6/25/12 Eugene Desjarlais Jr., 18, of Anchorage, was issued a citation for commercial fishing in closed waters. Incident occurred in Lake Bay, Esther subdistrict. Arraignment set for 8/29/12 in Cordova District Court.

On 6/25/12 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Cordova Post, observed a vessel operating a drift gillnet during a closed period. Investigation revealed the vessel was the F/V Audrey Jo, operated by Jon Scott, 55, of Palmer. Arraignment set for 7/25/12 in Cordova District Court.
