1% is a mistake. 5.5% is cheating, destroying a resource.
ReplyDeleteI blame the crew!
ReplyDeleteit's about time they got caught
ReplyDeleteSomeone wasn't doing their job, thats for sure. Whether it was a new under educated deckhand or the skipper allowed it, that's for NMFS to decide....Just glad it got noticed.
ReplyDeletehe's been crooked for years!
ReplyDeleteWonder if an observer was on board and reported the issue.
ReplyDeleteITS A CAPTIANS JOB TO KNOW THESE THINGS THO ITS NOT THAT HE CAN BE IN TWO PLACES AT ONCE ALL IS AT FAULT
ReplyDeletesorry but the captain is an idiot anyway but the crew should know their jobs!
ReplyDeleteWow...that is terrible...get a new crew I guess..
ReplyDeleteWow! He was a cocky jerk last season on DC. He acted like he was better than most. Guess karma caught up with Mr. Personality!!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like his men were under educated on how big they were supposed to be. Must have had a total new crew to fishing blue crab and no experienced member on board to catch the mistake.
ReplyDeleteLooks like this will be a very costly mistake for Elliot.
Undereducated or just thought they could get away with it? I think the answer is clear.
ReplyDeleteI hope he don't get no jail time.
ReplyDeleteHe should pay his debt to society, amend his ways, and be a good boy!
ReplyDeletefuck him an feed him fish heads
ReplyDeleteWhat is the legal size for blues? Is it bigger than for reds? Maybe the greenhorn just used the wrong sticks. At least he didn't use an opi stick (lets hope!).
ReplyDeleteDid Eliot have a camera crew onboard? Maybe they wanted to spice up the dialogue on the reality show. Or maybe he's just an idiot...
ReplyDeleteOh My Elliot: I guess it is time to break out the SOAP ON A ROPE!
ReplyDeleteThe crew is responsible and they know it.
ReplyDeleteI would think most of the crew is responsible for the sorting. Even if its the fault of one individual its kind of odd that someone sorting beside him wouldn't notice? It will be interesting to watch the upcoming season.
ReplyDeleteThe Captain is responsible for his crew. The blame lays on him.
ReplyDeletei think it's pretty clear who takes the blame.. they only cited elliot
