From the local police blotter:
Environmental, Feb. 1 — The Coast Guard reported an oil spill at a local dock. The Coast Guard contacted all the necessary parties and had the spill under control.
Harassment, Feb. 6 — Two females were reportedly exposed to male genitalia while they were cooking in the common space of a local bunkhouse. The accused exposer stated he recently used the restroom and was unaware of his privates being displayed. An officer gave him a stern warning.
