2012?
ReplyDeleteWhat is the story behind all these old violations? How are these guys getting violations months or years after the season ended?
ReplyDeleteYeah, I don't get it..... it is not fair to either the charged individuals or the rest of the fishing fleet. It is a police ambush years after evidence is gone, i.e., doesn't give the fisherman any notice or opportunity to gather contemporaneous evidence to help prove their innocence, and if there isn't any exculpatory evidence that could have been gathered, then extremely unfair to those 2013 fishermen who had to once again compete with those fishermen that perhaps should not have been allowed to fish in 2013.
ReplyDeletethere need to be serious consequences if they keep doing it..
