We recently posted an item about an enforcement action against Andrew Mezirow, a member of the North Pacific Fishery Management Council's Advisory Panel.
When contacted about the matter, Mezirow declined to comment for the record.

I'm uncomfortable with you posting the court file without redacting the defendant's date of birth and home address. Even if they are available through other sources, you of all people should show better journalistic judgement.
ReplyDeleteDeckboss is loath to doctor public records. In this case, however, it seems reasonable to white out certain personal information on the citation, as it's not really pertinent to the alleged fishery violation.
