On 3/6/13 Juan Ortega, 59, of Dutch Harbor, was cited by Dutch Harbor Wildlife Troopers for failing to obtain a commercial crewmember license prior acting as a crewmember aboard the F/V Alpine Cove. Bail set at $260 for Unalaska District Court.
