On 9/6/12 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Soldotna charged Erick D. Watkins, 40, of Soldotna, with commercial fishing with a drift gillnet in closed waters in Upper Cook Inlet. He was issued a summons to appear on 9/28/12 in Kenai District Court.
