Troopers ticket Cook Inlet driftnetter

On 8/09/12 David Martishev, 18, of Homer, was cited by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Soldotna Post, for commercial drift gillnet fishing in closed waters after he was observed fishing in the channel of the Kustatan River. Arraignment set for 9/14/12 in Kenai District Court.
