Type: Misconduct involving weapons
On 7/12/12 Timothy A. Crozer, 47, of Moses Lake, Wash., was arrested in Egegik by a village public safety officer. VPSO investigation revealed that on 7/12/12 at about 0100 hours, Crozer, who was employed at the Icicle Seafoods plant, was intoxicated and placed other employees and Egegik residents in fear when he discharged a handgun multiple times around the plant and village. Crozer was charged with assault, misconduct involving weapons and reckless endangerment, and was later transported by troopers to the Bristol Bay Borough jail. No one was injured during this incident.

crap... all charges were dropped.... drunken fishermen.... at court he was shown to be sober ... he shot once into the sand to prevent a sow and her 2 cubs from harming the employees
