Lodge owners cited on false residency claims

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Type: False statement on sportfishing license
On 1/28/12 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Sitka Post, issued citations to Phillip and Gwen Younger, both 52, of Scottsdale, Ariz., owners of a local fishing lodge, for making false statements on applications for resident sportfishing licenses in Sitka. Investigation revealed that both individuals had obtained multiple sportfishing licenses while never qualifying as an Alaska resident and by making a false statement. Phillip Younger was cited with three counts of making a false statement with bail set at $930. Gwen Younger was cited with one count of making a false statement with bail set at $310.
