Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 8/5/11 Alaska Wildlife Troopers from Yakutat contacted Tom Hogan, 62, of Homer, in Yakutat. Investigation revealed that Hogan had retained lingcod on 7/7/11 from the closed waters of the Icy Bay subdistrict. Hogan was issued a summons with a mandatory court date of 8/25/11 in Yakutat District Court.
