On 8/4/11 Alaska Wildlife Troopers issued a summons to Michael A. Basargin, 32, of Nikolaevsk, to appear in court on 8/19/11 for operating a commercial drift gillnet from the F/V Kasatka while in closed waters on 7/7/11.
