Yakutat man accused of fishing in closed period

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Type: Commercial fish closed period
On 07/06/11 at approximately 1806 hours, Alaska Wildlife Troopers from Yakutat contacted John Vale, 58, of Yakutat, in Monti Bay. Investigation revealed that Vale was commercial fishing during a closed period. Vale was issued a summons to appear for arraignment on 7/28/11 in Yakutat District Court.
