On 7/2/11 Maximilian Pozdeev, 20, of Homer, was cited by Alaska Wildlife Troopers for commercial fishing with a drift gillnet 400 feet south of the southern Igushik section line for salmon. Arraignment scheduled for 7/12/11 in Dillingham District Court.

On 7/2/11 Chad E. Tennyson, 22, of Dillingham, was cited by Alaska Wildlife Troopers for commercial drift gillnet fishing in closed waters south of the southern Igushik section line. Arraignment scheduled for 7/12/11 in Dillingham District Court.

Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 6/29/11 Michael Wilson, 52, of Ellensburg, Wash., was cited by Bristol Bay Wildlife Troopers for commercial fishing in closed waters. Wilson was operating driftnet gear off the F/V Miss Layla 324 feet outside of the Naknek section southern boundary. Arraignment scheduled for 7/20/11 in Naknek District Court.

On 7/3/11 Timothy Mahoney, 44, of Unalaska, was cited by Bristol Bay Wildlife Troopers for commercial fishing in closed waters. Mahoney did operate commercial driftnet gear from the F/V Sea Hawk 240 feet south of the Naknek section southern boundary. Arraignment scheduled for 7/13/11 in Naknek District Court.

On 6/28/11 Rodman E. Miller, 50, of Ilwaco, Wash., was cited by Bristol Bay Wildlife Troopers for commercial fishing in closed waters. Miller operated a commercial driftnet off the F/V Oogruk 0.1 nautical miles outside of the Naknek section southern boundary. Arraignment scheduled for 7/15/11 in Naknek District Court.

Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 7/3/11 Alaska Wildlife Troopers issued a summons to Daniel Dwyane Wells, 30, of Friendswood, Texas, on the F/V Islandia for commercial fishing in closed waters in the Egegik District of Bristol Bay. Arraignment set for 7/13/11 in Naknek District Court.
