Three accused of failure to mark herring pound

From the Alaska State Troopers:

Location: Emmons Island, Sitka
Type: Failure to mark herring pound
On 6/13/11 Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Sitka Post, cited George Skeek, 54, Terence Durkin, 50, and Kenneth Madsen, 53, all of Petersburg, for failing to mark herring pounds or web support with first initial, last name and permit number at all times while gear is in the water. All three men are scheduled to appear in Sitka District Court for arraignment.
